Alexander was born with very rare genetic disorder called DEEAH syndrome, which is an autosomal multi systemic recessive disorder with onset in the perinatal period with respiratory insufficiency, apneic episodes and general hypotonia. Alexander has hormonal deficiency, severe pancreatic insufficiency, global developmental delay, severe reflux disease which causes aspiration and hearing problems and many more. It’s a life-long condition which will always affect his life. Alexander has low muscle tone, he is not able to sit or walk on his own. 

Since birth he has been followed by numerous specialist across the state and outside of the state. He is receiving multiple therapies, physical, occupational, speech/feeding and vision. 

Despite all challenges Alex is a very sweet boy, who enjoy his life, loves to play his music box and listen to favorite songs.
